What gets rented around Greenbrier
This is farm and small-town country, so a fair share of our units go to barn raisings, hay-season help, equipment yards and the crews building out new lots along the highway. The standard unit and a handwashing station cover the working end of that list without complication.
When a family hosts a reunion in a side pasture, a church holds a homecoming or somebody throws a big graduation, they move up to the deluxe flushing model, and the climate-controlled restroom trailer comes out for the dressed-up events where guests expect real sinks and space.
Placing a unit on open farmland
Room is rarely the problem in Greenbrier; footing is. A truck can reach almost any corner of a flat field, but a soft turnrow after a rain will bog it down, so we aim for a firm approach off the drive or the county road. On the newer subdivision lots we keep the unit clear of the septic run and near enough to the work that nobody hikes across the yard. When the ground is questionable we set the base on planks so the unit stays level through the week.
Service through storm season and harvest
Robertson County catches its share of summer storms and the occasional line of severe weather rolling in from the northwest, so we secure units on exposed ground and keep to a steady weekly pump-out that we tighten when a crew or a crowd grows.
