Where the unit sits on your property
These are lived-in yards with lawns people care about, so placement gets a little thought. We set the unit on a firm patch off to the side, on a driveway apron or a mulched edge rather than the middle of the grass, close enough to the tent or work zone to be handy but out of the sightline from the front door. Point out any irrigation heads and soft ground and we will steer around them.
Timing, weather, and pickup
For a weekend event we usually deliver on Thursday or Friday and collect early the next week, which keeps the yard clear for the party and gives us a clean window on either side. Longer home projects get a servicing visit on a schedule we set with you.
Summer here is warm and sticky, and afternoon storms blow up quickly. Setting the unit on higher, level ground rather than a low corner keeps it stable through a downpour and keeps the walk to it from getting sloppy. We can check back after severe weather if you need it.
